Chemical peeling

A chemical solution is applied to the skin, causing it to “blister” and eventually flake off. The new skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.
Chemical peels can be applied to the face, neck or hands. The peel can be used to:

• Reduce fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth
• Treat wrinkles caused by sun damage and aging
• Mild scars look better
• Treating certain forms of acne
• Age spots, freckles and dark spots (melasma) due to pregnancy
• Contraceptive pills to reduce
• Improve the appearance and feel of the skin.
